Bardlybrought-up celebrates birthday

Bardlybrought-up Da comic is an English speaking Cameroonian comedian. He was born in Nkambe, Northwest Region but Originates from Wum in the Menchum Division. His real name Is Akuokeze Abeng Nangewei and he is married and father of 1
Bardly grew up and studied in the Yaounde. He studied in English High School, EHS Yaounde and went on to the University of Yaounde 2, Soa where he had his bachelor’s degree in Law.
Talking about his beliefs, Bardly told us, “I am a Christian and believe in God”
He is today a comedian with very unique style. He started actively as a comedian in the university days in 2009 with AFAM Associtation of Film and Music as a comic actor and later joined Oboy da Comic, Mp3 da comic, Kemroon Pop 2010 to create the Funny doctors; a group of stand up comedians who together started a stand up comedy platform called The 32 comedy night Stand. There, he carried out his first project as a producer and director in 2013 with AFAM and Co-producing with Etamanyi Delpiero and assisting Maistro shabatam to present the 44 pictures in directing in the movie titled, EBRUTU in 2014. He joined the Melow studios as one of lead characters in a TV series, All Ventures, broadcasted on crtv and was still very active in his stand up comedy life. He performed in almost all the other stand up comedy platforms that emerged later on like the OBoy Comedy Show, Senior pastor and the laughing ministry, let them laugh by calvino Wallang, Its Popman comedy show, Ni Comedy shows, FESTAC and just to name a few.
Akuokeze has acted in other small projects like, “choices we make” with Summit production, “Lara’s Dong” with Melow studios and also supplies comedy skits to MTN
The Sasse English news is however the concept that brought Bardlybrought-Up to the limelight and gave him the fame in most English speaking parts of the country and beyond. Because of this, he says, “I have been doing my best to increase, protect and respect. It all started in late 2016. I was in Limbe listening to Eden Radio pidgin news by Job Dezere Matoua. His presentation that day was so funny, given that he was mixing the pidgin with broken English. It reminded me of those days when our friends from Sasse, Saker, Bishop Rogan, Our Lady of Lords, PCHS, St Bids etc use to provoke us to speak wonderful English when ever they were home on holidays. I also remembered way back in EHS when a classmate makes a grammatical mistake, we will all laugh and shout “BAZOR”. That is how I got inspired and started FM bazor and an online entertainment platform and brought in The Sasse English News as its first program,Infos Pangalang as second and Matters Arising as the third. So far, it has not been easy because of the difficulties in production and also threats that come at times from left and right but we are still doing our best to meet up because we have a very strong fan base “BAZORIANS” who are solidly behind the movement and we wish to use this opportunity to thank all BAZORIANS and partners of FM Bazor.

I enjoyed the journey into Bardlybrought-up’s life. The brief journey into his life, through the window you opened, shows how badly brought up he is.
